DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY


This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how orders placed through FitEntity.com (“we,” “our,” “us”) are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from placing an order.

 

 

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY FORMAT

All products offered through FitEntity.com are 100% digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.


Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital product (e.g., fitness program, PDF guide, video module, or other resource) will be delivered via:

 

  • Direct download link displayed on the confirmation page, and/or

  • Email containing your digital access link or file

 


We do not ship any physical goods or merchandise.

 

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Most digital orders are processed and fulfilled automatically within 5–15 minutes of successful payment.


In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

 

  • Payment processing delays

  • Email delivery issues (e.g., spam filters or incorrect email address)

  • Technical server issues

 


If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please:

 

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Verify your email address entered during checkout

  • Contact us at support@kondavid.com with your order number

 

 

 

3. ACCESS & DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

All digital content is delivered in one or more of the following formats:

 

  • PDF documents

  • ZIP file bundles

  • Secure access links to private pages or member areas

  • Streamable video via hosted platforms (where applicable)

 


We recommend downloading your files immediately upon receipt and securely backing them up for future use. Download links may expire after a set period or number of accesses.


If you experience download errors or cannot open your files, contact us and we will reissue access where appropriate.

 

 

4. FAILED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

If your product access fails, or you receive an incomplete, incorrect, or corrupted file:

 

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase at support@kondavid.com

  • Provide your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue

 


We will investigate the issue and offer one of the following at our discretion:

 

  • A corrected version of the product

  • A new download link or alternate delivery method

  • Store credit or replacement of equivalent value

 


We do not issue refunds for minor technical issues that can be resolved with file replacement or resend.

 

 

5. NON-DELIVERY LIABILITY

Fit Entity is not responsible for:

 

  • Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or misspelled email addresses

  • Lost access due to expired download links not claimed within a reasonable timeframe

  • Incompatibility with your specific devices, applications, or software

 


All digital products are tested for compatibility with common systems (e.g., PDF readers, browsers, mobile access), and usage instructions are provided where applicable.

 

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales of digital products are final.


Because our products are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Dislike of program style, structure, or presentation

  • Mistaken purchase of the wrong product or version

  • Lack of results or perceived effectiveness (results may vary)

  • Failure to download or access due to user error or technical restrictions

 


Refunds are only offered in cases of:

 

  • Duplicate transactions (accidental double charges)

  • Irrecoverable file corruption or delivery failure, verified by our team

 


Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase and include your order number.

 

 

7. EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If you are a customer based in the European Union and have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product, you are eligible to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of order.


To qualify, you must:

 

  • Contact us at support@kondavid.com before accessing or downloading the product

  • Submit a clear written request to cancel the order with your full name and order number

 


Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, your right to withdraw is voided under EU Digital Content Directive 2019/770.

 

 

8. UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION OR SHARING

All Fit Entity content is protected by intellectual property law and intended for personal use only.

You may not:

 

  • Re-sell, share, upload, or distribute our products publicly or privately

  • Grant access to others through your personal download link

  • Modify or adapt our programs for commercial use

 


Violations of this policy may result in access termination and legal action.
